Meridian 490 - Flybridge Hardtop Enclosure

The Meridian 490 presented a classic hardtop challenge: build a fully functional enclosure that feels like it was always part of the boat. The answer was a custom tracking system mounted directly to the hardtop, carrying sliding and flip-up panels that move with one hand and stow completely out of sight. Fabricated in Stamoid - a premium coated vinyl chosen for its superior resistance to BC's mix of UV and cold climate without the cracking or stiffening you get from standard vinyl - with UV-coated polycarbonate windows, sewn and bound for a clean, durable finish. Open it up completely in five minutes. Closed, it looks like it left the factory that way.

Tollycraft 45 - Flybridge Flat top & Enclosure

The Tollycraft 45 needed a flybridge that worked in all weather without looking like an afterthought. We built a "flat-top'' style stainless steel frame from the arch out, designed and fabricated in-house, and hung a full enclosure in Sunbrella "Midnight". Every panel zips fully out, flips up, or locks down. Polycarbonate windows, UV-coated for lasting clarity. No rattles, no gaps, no compromise on the boat's lines.

Meridian 411 - extended Bimini & Enclosure

The standard Bimini on the Meridian 411 covered the helm. The owner wanted coverage that actually followed how they used the boat. We designed a custom extended Bimini system with a secondary aft section integrated off the main top -  same frame language, seamless visual connection, meaningfully more coverage where the owners and their guests actually sit. The enclosure is mounted to a precisely installed track system, on the rear wing,  both top and bottom, which is what gives it that flush, factory-tensioned appearance. Integrated sliding windows within the soft top let you dial in exactly how much air you want. It's a more complex build than it looks - which is exactly the point.

Silverton 38 Sport Bridge

This Silverton 38 Sport Bridge came in for a full exterior reset. The enclosure was fabricated in Sunbrella "Cadet Grey", selected to complement the vessel's profile and sit cleanly against the hull. Working with the existing frame, we precision-tracked the enclosure to the aft wing for a clean, tensioned fit. The ventilation system was a priority - the front center window integrates air vents and flips up and in, and the door panels roll up completely for cross breeze and easy entry and exit from both side doors. Zipped up, it's weather-tight. Opened up, it breathes from bow to stern. We also replaced the exterior flooring throughout with Compass HB hybrid marine flooring. Two trades, one visit, one cohesive outcome.

Bill Garden 42 - Flybridge Enclosure & Solar Rack System

The Bill Garden 42 is a West Coast classic - a trawler with real heritage that deserves to be treated like one. The flybridge enclosure was built in "Navy" Sunbrella, chosen to honour the vessel's traditional aesthetic and its designer's legacy. The soft top integrates sliding panels for effortless ventilation underway, with a custom canvas venturi piece shaped to follow the frame's camber and transition cleanly to the windows. We also designed and fabricated a stainless solar rack in-house, integrated into the structure to carry hard solar panels without compromising the enclosure or the boat's profile. Everything on this boat was considered. Nothing was added that didn't belong.

Bayliner 4087 - Full Vessel Canvas

The Bayliner 4087 is a wide boat, and a wide boat demands a frame built for the span. We upgraded the original 1" to 1.25" stainless steel tubing throughout - the difference between a top that holds its tension and one that flexes under the load. The top was extended to attach directly to the wing, connecting the flybridge and sundeck into one continuous covered space - larger, warmer, and dry all the way through. On the sundeck level, a separate skirt and enclosure panel system keeps the transition clean. The aft door is split - meaning the panel stays in place while the door opens wide, giving you serious airflow without having to break down the enclosure. A detail that sounds small until you're running on a warm day.
